Welcome to Compu-Gen Remote Support, by choosing to click the, I Agree, button below you are (1) representing that you have the capacity and authority to bind yourself and/or your employer as applicable, to the terms of this disclaimer; and (2) consenting on behalf of yourself and/or as an authorized representative of your employer, as applicable, to be bound by the disclaimer; and (3) agreeing to allow Compu-Gen remote access to your computer to perform technical support services in accordance with the terms of this disclaimer.
If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of the disclaimer or do not represent the foregoing, you should not click the, I Agree, button for Compu-Gen remote support application. As a result, you will not receive remote access services from Compu-Gen. Compu-Gen’s assistance is provided on the following terms and conditions: Compu-Gen’s liability and the liability of its vendors and licensors shall be limited to the total value of the Compu-Gen remote access technical support services for one month. If you have no current Compu-Gen software license agreement or Compu-Gen technical support or services agreement, the liability shall be capped at $100.00.
You may incur remote support fees at a rate of $99.00 per hour, billable in 15 minute increments.
