How to Export Video from a Hanwha Wisenet NVR

Export Video Directly from the NVR

1. Insert a USB drive into the NVR.
2. Open the NVR menu and go to Export.
3. Select the camera channels.
4. Set the desired time range.
5. Choose the available format, typically SEC or MP4.
6. Click Export.
7. Wait for confirmation before removing the drive.

Export Using Wisenet Viewer or SSM

1. Open the software and connect to the NVR.
2. Go to Search/Playback.
3. Select the camera and time range.
4. Use the Export/Backup function.
5. Choose the file format and destination.
6. Confirm the export.

Export Using Wisenet Mobile

1. Open Playback.
2. Select the camera and desired time.
3. Tap Save or the download icon.
