How to Export Video from a Luminys NVR

Export Video Directly from the NVR

1. Insert a USB drive into the NVR.
2. Open Main Menu → Backup or Export.
3. Select the camera channels.
4. Enter the desired date and time range.
5. Select the available file format.
6. Click Start or Backup.
7. Wait for the process to complete before removing the drive.

Export Using the Desktop or Web Client

1. Log in to the Luminys client or web interface.
2. Open Playback.
3. Select the camera and time range.
4. Use the clip tool to mark the desired footage.
5. Click Export/Download.
6. Select a save location and file format.

Export Using the Mobile App

1. Open the app and go to Playback.
2. Select the camera and time range.
3. Tap Download.

Menu layouts can vary between Luminys models. If the instructions do not exactly match your recorder, look for options labeled Backup, Export, or Download.
