How to Export Video from a Turing NVR

Export Video Directly from the NVR

1. Insert a USB drive into the NVR.
2. Open Menu → Backup/Export.
3. Select the camera channels.
4. Enter the desired date and time range.
5. Select the clips you need.
6. Click Export/Backup.
7. Choose the available file format.
8. Wait for the export to finish before removing the drive.

Export Using the Desktop or Web Client

1. Log in to the client software or NVR web interface.
2. Open Playback.
3. Select the camera and time range.
4. Use the export or clip tool to mark the desired segment.
5. Click Export/Download.
6. Choose a save location and confirm.

Export Using the Mobile App

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Playback.
3. Select the camera and time range.
4. Tap the download/export icon.

Depending on the software or firmware version, the export feature may be labeled Backup, Export, or Download.
